With those 130 MB, you can restore your 100 MB from January 1 and the 120 MB from January 2 ( Since there is 90MB of common data between 2 data sets, add 10MB to this and you get Jan1 data, add 30MB to this and you get Jan2 data) . Snapshots are great for protecting against accidental deletion or modification of data and also provide protection against ransomware
